Groups offer a safe and supportive environment giving you an opportunity to meet with other people who have been bereaved by suicide.
We offer Face-to-Face support in:

We also have a selection of library books around Suicide, grief and loss that are free to loan out.
All members are given ongoing support though our private bereavement group and more.

To ensure everyone has access to support, we offer a virtual support group to support anyone aged over 18, regardless of geographical location.
We offer a monthly support group on the 4th Tuesday of every month.
All members are given ongoing support though our private bereavement group and more.

Donations made in memory of their loved one is a wonderful way to remember someone, while also making a difference to people with mental ill health and bereaved families.
