Living with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can be exhausting, confusing, and isolating, but you don’t have to face it on your own.
Our OCD Support Group offers a safe, understanding space to talk, listen, and share experiences with others who truly get it.
This group meets fortnightly and is open to anyone affected by OCD whether you’re newly diagnosed, living with OCD for years, or simply seeking to understand more about your compulsions.
Each session is facilitated by trained volunteers with lived experience oof OCD offers gentle guidance, peer support, and practical coping tools. There’s no pressure to speak — just a warm, confidential environment where you can breathe a little easier.
